About Thandai

To be Server to 4 people

Take a large clean bowl
Add 4 tbsp Dhanhar Thandai Mix Masala to 1/2 a litre of chilled milk
Add a few strains of saffron, 200 grams sugar and 100 grams honey in the milk
Serve chilled for a refreshing drink. Garnish with thin slices of almond arid fresh rose petals sprinkled with a few threads of saffron
